Dear Nick Santora & Nicholas Wootton, America has evolved, why haven't you?
Unlike most other shows on television that have even the slightest grasp of their subject matter, /Scorpion is the most blatantly inept attempt I have ever seen. In the history of television.
Having just witnessed the train-wreck that is "cyclone", I'm at a total loss as to why the writers and producers thought they could create a show based upon an information technology premise, yet have writers with absolutely no knowledge of the subject matter whatsoever. Is this how television works now? Writers just come up with technical terms willy nilly and assume that the target audience, the tech savvy public would just swallow this "bullsh#t pill" whole and ask for more?
The stop lights are connected to the internet? The internet has a single point of failure in one building? All documents on the internet go through a document router? Sweet sweet Jesus, this is so terribly bad that I cant make myself watch the show no matter how much kool aide I drink.
It is probably too late to fix this unbelievable wreck of a show, but next time please call a nerd. There are millions of us out there. Just call one and ask them how the "complicated thingies with the lights" work and we will help you out.
Unless you're not sure how to use that new fangled smart phone....
