Is eating 1 oz of chia seeds and 3 triple strength fish oils too much omega 3?

Post Body
So im experimenting with my diet. 1 oz of chia seeds gives 5000 omega-3/day and then 3 of the sports research or viva naturals fish oil gives me 3000 omega-3/day. Im taking 3 currently for the recommended 2-4 g of EPA DHA content/day. 3 a day gives me 2100 mg of EPA and 720 mg of DHA.
Is this too much? Any potential side effects? Im on a high fat, high protein diet rn and mainly taking that much fish oil to lower triglycerides and increase HDL. I want to add the chia seeds cuz it gives a lot of fiber!
