I got my degree in geology a few years ago with the idea I may go back to be a teacher. Long story short, I worked as a geologist for a few, but eventually worked my fall back job at CPS. At first I as going to be at cys for a few months until I got back in my feet, but I'm still here 3 years later. I have been starting the process to go get my master's in earth science education. Is it worth it? Do you regret being a teacher? I'll be teaching in southwestern PA. I love science and I want to get back into but you hear such bad things about being a teacher. I guess I'm just trying to be more certain since I'm going to be paying another 40k for college.
