Clicking on the bottle and "anatomical" teats?

Post Body

I have a 10 week old, primarily bottle fed baby and he clicks on the bottle, spits up a lot, over feeds occasionally and cries when winding. We know he is likely dealing with a posterior tongue tie but this hasn't been officially diagnosed.

Basically he is gaining fine and feeding fine but it feels like we could be doing better. We don't really want to get his tongue tie clipped. His older sister had the same issues also undiagnosed (actually a lot worse but it was missed due to COVID) and managed the transition to solids fine, her speech is great, gag reflex has always been fine and can now stretch her tongue normally, so we know it will be fine long term.

There are a couple of "anatomical" teats available in brands like Suavinex or NIP. I just wanted to check if anyone had any experience at all with these teats/brands. Or if there is anything at all out there suggesting that they might help or harm to use? Leaning towards trying the NIP bottles because I feel like they have the right balance of capacity and nipple shape but I don't want to waste my time and money if he is likely to just click anyway or if they might cause more problems than they solve.

We got the Bibs anatomical soothers and he really seems better with it than the tommee tippee ones. He flat out rejects any MAM anything.
