Hi all, my progress with my herniated disc is going really well. Now week 7 of recovery - I can do up to 60 squats if not more, 60 or more back bridges or so so the strength in the back is really coming through. However this nerve is still really tight, I cant raise a straight leg 1 inch off the ground before it is really tight. Also sitting and standing is rsally sore after about 10 minutes. Any advice on what this could be or ways to calm this nerve down? I'd like to give thanks to the community for handy advise and a huge amount of support. I will make sure to pass this on to others.
