L3/4/5/S1 herniated disc suggestions for a quick recovery.
Post Body

Hi Redditors, On the 1st of October I took a flight to Bali from Brisbane Australia. My wife and I had a 7 day holiday planned for us to travel our first time in South East Asia - Sadly ruined by my 3 slipped discs I then found out about.

It’s been just over a month now, I can stand up for about 10 minutes max before the pain becomes too much and I need to sit down.

I currently do bridges, cobra stance and squats when I can as well as swimming for up to an hour (On and off but still in the water)

Does anyone have any further tips or can roughly let me know how far off a full recovery you were from my standing limit?

Thanks guys - And to those people who have serious pain and are currently lying down reading this… I am so sorry you are going through this as well.
