About 10 months ago I was involved in a car accident where I was at a stop in a sedan and a large construction truck rear ended me. No other car was involved and in the moment I didn’t feel injured. Ended up with 3 herniation 1 cervical and 2 lumbar.
I feel mostly recovered except with walking and sciatica pain that has just been constant everyday. Some day I can walk further that other but for the most part grocery shopping is either either just enough or too much. The other week I went on a walk and came back hunched over.
My leg pain has gotten better. I feel like I’m at the plateau. I tried pt acupuncture chiro heating ice tens I got to the gym 2-3 times a week for the pool . But still have difficulty moving around. One doc says let’s do MD my chiro and Pt says no. I know it’s my decision. But I don’t want to regret it. I used to be fairly active and missing out on my life hobbies! I’m ready to kick this pain and get back on my feet. Wyd think?
