Post Body

Hello all, I got an injection in October and it has helped tremendously with my sciatica but my lower back still feels tender and when I Bend over it feels as if my lower back is going to explode out. I saw a surgeon and advised I can get surgery. I have a job where I constantly bend over and ride on boats, I have been doing pt for months and feels as if Iā€™m just at a stagnant phase. All of this first started in May of this year with Lower back pain first then sciatica started in July. I can still feel the sciatica sometimes In my glute, calf feels tender. Any advice? Thanks in advance!
