Hi all I'm 22 years old 10 months ago while doing gym I started pain in buttock had seen doctor and done x-ray for which he said sciatica nerve is pinched it will be okay with some rest and medication also had lumbar shift.
Cut to now I had started more pain from past two months in buttock and leg while standing I can stand but after 2 3 min it starts pain in buttock and leg with numbness and tingling sensation I have done MRI and xray 15 days ago which shows l4-l5 disc bulge with sciatica being pressed.also I am afraid about lumbar shift as it looks weird from backside because my shoulder moving downwards.
Currently I am almost bed resting most of time and while waking in the morning is most painful in buttock. I am currently hopeless that it will ever be fixed anyone can help what should I do. I am taking 300mg pregabalin daily for pain.
