Post Body
I had my MD on June 21, 2023. I was up and walking the next day and by day 7, I was regularly walking 2 miles a day. Went in for my first PT session and she gave me some leg/hamstring extension exercise to do and I over did it. Woke up the next morning day unable to walk more than 1/2 mile. Pain down my leg and into my foot. I had an MRI and doctor ruled out re-herniation (90% sure). The pain is horrible (level 8) when I stand or walk. Sitting is actually less painful. Any thoughts?
