Where is your pain?
Post Body

For my initial injury I had classic RHS S1 sciatica. Pain from my glute, down my hamstring, into my calf, and the outside of my right foot - bad for about 4 months, then slowly improving.

Now - 11 months on - it’s different. I have back pain that could be anywhere between by ribs and my tailbone (most often feels like kidney pain), and bi-lateral S1, S2, and sometimes L5 pain that feels more like someone is pinching the surface layer of skin, rather than the deep ache it was before.

Weird how things can change - but on the whole my pain is, tentatively, reducing.

Depending on how things go, at 12 months I might see about getting another MRI as the change to bilateral is concerning me, although I have been told it can happen.
