I have terrible sciatica to the point now that I can't really venture out.. It is undiagnosed officially as of now although everything points to a back causing pain in legs. I plan to get imaging and official diagnosis. I can take only a few steps standing up right before the pain makes me need to sit down again. It is terrible and I was completely healthy just a few weeks ago.
My question now.. do any of you have stories of it being this bad and recovering without surgery? Can I go from not being able to walk a few steps to full recovery via PT or just waiting?
