Does this sound like sciatica?

Around December last year, I have a pretty intense weightlifting session. Did about 80 squats between goblet squats and the smith machine.

Since then Iā€™ve had lower back pain in the lumbar area, likely due to poor posture. The pain isnā€™t constant, but the discomfort is. Walking up hill, is very uncomfortable and 5 minutes on the stair master, my lower back hurts.

To the point: since then, Iā€™ve had random shots of pain from the back of my thigh down to my knee; occasionally on top of my knees and legs. Buzzing, tingling/prickling, ā€œchillsā€ skin crawling waves that run up both my legs/feet simultaneously. I get the occasional shot of pain my from bumā€¦ but not often. If I lay on my stomach, I get tingling, prickling from the thigh down to my feet

I ask this because every time I search sciatica, itā€™s always described as absolutely debilitating pain, unable to walk, pure agony. The only time Iā€™ve had that level of pain since my symptoms began was due to me carrying a backpack (12-15pounds) or so and it freaking hurt walkingā€¦
