Anxiety issues when playing

I don't know if this is a common issue everyone has, but when I'm playing a song I have not FC'ed before, I tend to get anxiety problems.
My heart beats faster, I feel a rush of blood to the head...and BAM!, a single Good to throw off my entire 400 combo.
I've tried ways like reducing sound effect to perhaps reduce it (ie. I may be listening out for that GOOD sound), but I'm just wondering if anyone else has this issue, and what are your workarounds.
It took me 41 tries to FC Mogyutto EX, when it should only have been 10 or so, because of said issue. I'm now at 11 plays of Anone EX, and have not FC'ed it because I keep getting a good where I shouldn't.
