so i just want to put a disclaimer im not actually diagnosed with spd but im most certain i have it, of course i could be wrong but like lets say for the sake of what im about to say i do. i also fit a lot of the symptoms for adhd, but have never even thought i had it, i guess cos its not as common for girls to be diagnosed as kids cos it like presents differently. i have an awful time trying to concentrate and always have, but the one thing i dont do is talk a lot, (i dont rly have a desire to talk to other ppl lol) however i am a maladaptive daydreamer and will daydream about talking to people like instead of talking to people irl i'll do it in my head instead. i guess what i wanna know is: schizoid people with adhd do u have the symptom of talking a lot? cos like obviously the two kind of contradict themself

From my experience. Adderall will make you social, but not more productive. Anti anxiety medications have been more helpful to me (duloxetine specifically) when it comes to focusing. Of course, it’s always a personal journey and everyone is different.
