Applying for a Schengen Visa - green card expired 2023 but I have 2 year extension i797 to 2025. Can I put expiry 2025 on the schengen visa form?

Hello, as the title suggests i am looking to travel to Germany this summer. I have a US green card which expired 09.30.2023 but I have 2 year extension with a i797 form to 2025 while my new green card is being processed. Can I put expiry 09.30.2025 on the schengen visa form or should I still use the original expiry date on the green card and just submit the i797 in addition and hope they figure it out?
