Scatpack or R/T (charger specific)

i'm trying to decide whether or not i should get R/T (2016/2020) or should i get a rebuilt title scat (2017/2019). They are all good condition with under 60k miles and all under $30k. any thoughts or concerns on rebuilt scats? should i just get a clean R/T??
