Phantom Gcash transactions

I do not have a GCash account, yet I keep receiving emails about "GCash Bank Transfers" with "transaction receipts" detailing bank accounts and amounts in PHP.
What is going on? In order to submit a complaint to the website, I need to have an account.
Should I be worried? Or should I just ignore these emails?
