Hello there I am basically curious whether or not experienced buyers can tell me if it sounds like I am being scammed, the seller says that the item has been shipped but ups has not yet received the items and it has been 7 days. The seller is telling me to be patient and I will receive the items. the order is supposed to ship from china to the united states. The seller told me the item is in US customs but how is that possible if ups has not updated tracking information and there is no departure scan from china. My order has trade assurance, should i apply for a refund or just wait? Please help!
