Does anyone know if this site is legit?

Landlord sent me this site, (http://identityiqe.us/), to do a credit check and background check. It seems kinda fishy so I tried doing some research and I’m seeing about an even 50/50 split saying if it’s legit or not.
So, anyone ever used this site before? Is it legit? TIA
