Getting a new dog off a post on Facebook.
Post Body

A guy is trying to rehome his collie on Facebook. The fee is 1800. No deposit was asked during the chat. He asked me questions to ensure his dog was going to a good home. He joined the group where I saw the post a month ago. He first said he was located in la then at the end said he was in a city that is next to la.
He has pictures of two dogs in his profile post history. I am going later today and was wondering how this could be a scam. Wasting people’s time or something more sinister?
