I ordered contraband from a trustworthy looking vendor on Telegram. (Yes i know I should have just used DNMs, normally im not this dumb but i risked it due to convenience of transaction). I gave him my First/ Last name, address, and email address for the order. I received a tracking number in my email about 2 days later through some weird shipping courier called "Tiger Express". They are asking for 60$(refundable insurance fee), 35$(handling and shipping) 95$ total. They are saying if i do not pay for the account they will open the package and do a customs cr v Are they just trying to get an extra 95$ out of me. Did they really ship something??
