Weird mail with reprinted barcodes

So far my GF has gotten two of these packages. Both priority mail, both have reprinted barcodes yet the reprints match the barcodes underneath. Both just had crumpled paper and a blank ups label backing. I know for a fact she doesn't have another bank account and there's nothing missing from the accounts I have control over. So it's weird, I don't know what the point is or what the hell is going on.
