These scammers think I'm the world's biggest idiot. So far all they have done is ask me to buy an overpriced ring and hire them as consultants for my business. Neither of these things would be illegal, but I think they are going to offer me an outrageous investment opportunity, and since that would be a scam, i would assume they would be breaking the law.
Is there any reporting agency to report that to prior to me actually giving them money? Or does nobody care until money has been exchanged?
