So my friends told me that some guy in a pickup truck stopped in front of their house and asked them if they were looking to sell the house, to which they said they might be. He replied that he was looking for a house in the area and that he had property down in North Carolina. My friends want to move down their to be closer to other family. Quite a coincidence he would say that he happens to have property there. So then he said that he would pay them cash for the house and throw in his property down south on top of it. They said they would think about it. I may have forgotten a few details, but that’s pretty much the gist of it. Sounds too good to be true to me. Thought maybe some of u fine folks could let me kno if it is indeed a scam or if it’s actually legit, so I can let my friends kno
