Is this a scam?

I’m generally pretty good at spotting scammers but this one hasn’t really raised any red flags apart from the bank part. But even then they’re not asking for any info, just a way for my friend to deposit $10 into the account. But the other thing that’s got me a bit confused is the heartless replies, although I’m not sure if that’s them being a scammer or if that’s just the type of dominant they are. I would appreciate any help in determining whether they’re a scammer or not because if they are then they’re a pretty good one to me 😅
