Marketplace Zelle scam?

Selling canoe for $500 for my aunt. In the listing, it says cash only. Buyer wants to pay with Zelle because they’re out of town and having their sister pick it up. I think if buyer pays me through Zelle before they pick it up, that’d be fine, but I wanted some second opinions just to make sure I can’t get scammed.
