Help Me Find a Scammer or Creative Ways for Payback

Last Week I got scammed by someone who claimed to be renting dumpsters. After I cashapp'ed $200, no dumpster.

I have this guy's phone number (it's an iPhone, he tried to use apple pay so def tied to an apple ID), his Cash App ID, and finally his IP address. I tricked him into clicking a link this morning with Grabbify, and it captured his IP address and other relevant info.

IP address is a Cell phone, iphone, and registered with T-Mobile (Whitepages confirms it's T-Mobile too). Latitude and Longitude seem off for IP address tracker, and I heard they weren't trustworthy.

Looking for some help so I can find this guy. And yes I am reporting to police today too.
