Advice needed for someone wanting to learn the Saxophone.

I've been debating about using my free time to learn to play the saxophone, but the price of them has been keeping me off of them.
I recently found a saxophone for around 300-400 dollars. Would this saxophone be a good one for someone who is learning how to play for the first time?
