Celiscia Lastacia Neely was last seen in Memphis, Tennessee sometime in mid-October 2003. She left her home in the 1000 block of Atlantic and has never been heard from again. It appears the October 10 and 15 date listed in Charley Project and NAMUS is a placeholder since it is unclear when she was last seen.
The information in this post is all I could find regarding Celiscia's disappearance.
