TLDR: need to replace a coil, canโt figure out model or brand of heater
Hey everyone thanks for all the help. Iโve been asked to post pictures of the entire Sauna and I have some updates on the heating coils. Okay, first there are many many more rocks in it than I thought, so many in fact I cannot get them all out with the heating coils in place. I got a major portion of the rocks out and flipped the heater on, the front two coils glow after a few minutes but the back one, the one closest to the wall never does. Hitting it with my laser gun says the glowing coils are around 700f and the back nonglowing one is around 250f which I assume is just radiation from the working ones. After getting the rocks out and looking at the coils I have found out that I have the wrong information manuals because the coils do not resemble the ones depicted in the manual. I could plan on changing the coil myself, but I have no clue now how to find the proper replacement coils.
The door and heater both saw Finnleo.
In the attached pictures I show the open air vent in the back corner of the sauna, it has a slide over and can be closed. It seems to just exhaust into my attic and has a mesh cover inside set back a few inches. Also in the picture is the always open air vent at the front of the sauna just to the bottom corner of the main door.
The insulation seems good for being on the second floor of my house against the roof. When it did heat to 120 it kept that temp for a while after being turned off.
Any tips and tricks for making the most out of my new sauna? I know I likely need to replace a coil and will have to figure that out. But, in general any advice?
