Bought a home with a sauna. Turning it on it takes about an hour to get to 120 and I have to fiddle with the on knob while in it to get it higher to maybe 140. Looks like the back electrical element the one closest to the wall is not glowing at all. Should I try and replace the element? Get an electrician to see if something is wrong? Also the sauna has two “intakes” one with a slide cover over it about waist high on the opposite wall of the heater and one that’s just always open at foot level catty corner to the heater. Should the always open one be covered? Should the slide covered one be open? Thanks for any help.
