Hi, my newly purchased Sexy Secret vibrator does not work. It did for a brief moment, but now it won't.

Charging is not the issue, I've left it to charge for an hour with an appropriate power supply now.

Upon pressing and holding the button, I first got the expected single buzz and then a double buzz a few seconds later, and was able to connect.

But now, trying it for the second time, pressing the button only causes a single buzz and a very minor second buzz, and nothing after that. The device doesn't show up in Bluetooth, it won't turn on manual vibrations (cycling the modes via the button), and worst of all, pressing and holding the button for 10 x seconds to perform a factory reset doesn't work.

Is this vibrator bricked already? I literally took it out of the box, got to connect once and now it's not functional anymore.
