I'm assuming the answer is no, particularly in vanilla, but....
Is there any way to even partially go about identifying choppable / gatherable foliage remaining on the map? Context is that the idea started from a multiplayer discussion about how funny / frustrating it would be if there were a Steam Achievement from removing literally all removable map items in a game, later branching the thought to whether it would apply to the cave-mycelia found on some cave / tunnel floors, or if the player would be encouraged to also remove beryl nut trees or paleberry plants (spoiler: currently, players are technically discouraged from chopping those, because if left alone, the edible tidbits will respawn and grow back.)
Then I started planning a very large scale campaign to apply paint and color-codings to all facilities. Which means thousands, possibly tens of thousands of color cartridges need to be crafted.
So even though the conversation started as a throwaway "wouldn't it be weird if" kind of a conversation, I'm now finding myself about becoming retentive over gathering all of the yellow grass-flowers I can find. Is there any way, even a roundabout hacky way, to identify where flowers "are supposed to" appear and then that would mean I'd have to spend a few hours rechecking those locations and placing in-game beacons to keep track of my progress? What about one of those offline map tools...?
