More silica or quartz crystals?

Hi there!

I am still in phase two(finished a long time ago but I want to super duper ultra hyper prepare for phase three) and am starting on a quartz factory. As I am only in phase two, I can only make silica and quartz crystals from quartz so far. I was wondering which one is more important, or if they are equally important.

Should I make more silica, more quartz crystals, or an equal amount of both? How much more of which one, if so? I'm not really looking for a parts/minute answer of each as I want to just use as much raw quartz as I have available, I want more of a ratio answer instead, please.
