Normally, when I dismantle something and don't have inventory space, a dismantle crate appears in the original location of what I dismantled, along with all its contents, like if it was a storage container.

Today, I started mass dismantling a very large factory with lots of full storage containers, intent on moving all the stuff from the dismantle crates later. The first weird thing that happened was that rather than several dismantle crates appearing for each thing I dismantled, I instead got one single dismantle crate that spawned at my feet with the contents of everything from the mass dismantle combined. Weird, but not a big deal. Actually kind of helpful.

Here is the annoying and even more confusing part -

Location A is where I was dismantling everything. Location *B* is where a random dismantle crate spawned, extremely far away from where I was! Further, upon heading there, I discovered that the dismantle crate is nowhere to be found! I made a large ladder into the sky and parachuted down slowly looking for it and still couldn't find it. The crate must be either extremely high in the sky, under the world, or straight up invisible and inaccessible. I am holding out slight hope that there may be a cave under this area that it is in?

Does anyone know why this happened, how to prevent it in the future, and most importantly, how to get rid of this dismantle crate! The icon is going to drive me nuts, and I can't find a way to hide only it without just having to hide all dismantle crate icons periods.
