Map marker UI doesn't fit. Bug, or settings issue?

As you can see, the bottom of the map marker UI gets cut off. This is the only issue like this that I have had in the game.
My TV's resolution size is 1366x768, and the game is set to that; it automatically was, which is nice, since most games get it wrong.
Anyways, is this a bug, or some issue with my settings? I have checking anything that I think might be the issue in the game settings and nothing fixes it. Obviously this isn't game breaking, but it is quite annoying.
