Help uploading blueprints to my saves

First off, forgive me for my ignorance as I am new to PC gaming. Been on console my whole life and figured I’d try out a PC. I’ve googled how to do it, all the instructions I found, show a file path that I cannot find, even with searching the PC. I have the game through steam if that helps.
