I'm gonna preface this with the fact that I kinda understand the game but some of the advanced stuff I'd need broken down for me. But this is my 3rd start and this is the furtherst I've gone and I'm determined to get past tiers 3 and 4 where I've given up before.
So I unlocked coal power and decided I want to kinda future proof my power grid by making 1000mw right outta the bat instead of following the guides for 400mw or 600mw on YouTube. Using the calculator I know I need 210 coal and 630m3 water coming in. But for the life of me, my brain just can't figure out how to properly split stuff. I have a manifold for the coal, one side of it is a pure node over locked to 140 coal per min and the other side is 2 normals merged into 1 to bring 120 per min. My normal side is totally fine and is constantly full with coal but my over clocked side is constantly dry past the first 2 initial generators. What am I doing wrong?
I thank you for your time and patience with me 😅
