Sat score jump

Currently my sat score rests between 1220-1320. My score usually varies depending on the time of day I take the sat and my focus. I am taking the sat by march 12 and I need to get atleast a 1490 . I am a junior in high school and am willing to do a sat every night and analyze the next day. I need tips and recommendations in how I can make such a big jump in scores. Any advice would be grand!
