Need some recommendations from the locals, please!

I'm moving to Saratoga Springs in the next couple weeks. I'm looking for a few things local:
- Vet. Got 2 furbabies (dogs) that'll need looking after.
- Good local/community theaters, preferably those that like volunteers, although in my experience, that's all of 'em.
- Furniture stores? We got rid of over half of what we had, so...
- Carpenter. I have this sweet coffee table that I bought at a yard sale, and I love the top. Legs and base are kinda dated, though.
- Medical people? Dentist and primary care.
- Anything else you feel like adding.
