Me and a couple of people run a online group for local queer people. We meet at times, do things, you get it. Yesterday was an impromptu meet and this woman named Alice(30F) showed up. We knew Alice was coming, what we did not know was she was also bringing her "friend", Lana (late20s/early 30s, F).

We all had dinner. It was a long table, me and my friend were sitting side by side and Lana and Alice were sitting opposite us. Lana is a literature teacher, Alice is a data scientist. We found out they live together. Alice at some point called Lana "her long term AirBnB host". They insisted on paying for each other. They seem to know each other's daily routines very well, they know what each other likes (again, they live together), and the vibes, OH MY GOD, they're literally head over heels with each other.

But now is the thing. I don't think they know. My friend texted me today and asked if they are dating. I almost asked them but thought that might be intrusive. But also, what in the name of useless lesbian is this...
