Attending football matches as a foreigner

I am going to be spending a month in Santiago in July, and would like to go see some football matches while I am there. Was hoping to go to and see CD Universidad Católica, maybe Colo-Colo, or some other Primera División games. Is it possible to buy tickets as a foreigner now? Looking at some older posts it seems this is a challenge if you do not have a Chilean ID. Is this still the case, or just for certain teams?
