Some observations from going through lists, especially reposts this morning:
Fix your blocks of text. Use paragraph breaks between the info about the kid and their list. Very difficult for mobile using Santas to get to the links.
Put the child's age somewhere in the post. This helps the Santas. I prefer to gift teens, since I work with them and know often times they forgo Christmas so their younger sibs can enjoy the magic.
List the items your child has already received IN THE POST. Don't make me click into Amazon to make them appear. This looks like you're "hiding" gifts.
Make sure wishlists are reasonable. I'm not buying a $70 drone for a 5 year old or an M rated game for a 7 year old.
If you have an exceptionally large family, many of whom are adults, consider asking for a family gift for the older crew. We have seen posts where every child has a $75 list and all of the adults (more than two) have a $25 list. That is not sitting well with many of the Santas.
Understand that many Santas WILL NOT buy gifts for adults. Many of us gift across multiple Christmas subs and use our money on kids. Please consider being a good human and removing your adult wishlists as we get closer to Christmas. I do realize these lists are allowed on this sub and I respect their rules, but I'm just making an observation here.
Remember that the Santas have a sub and discord server of our own. We keep naughty lists, so play nice, be thankful, and remember we're humans, too.
