I know there are specific threads for this kind of situation, but thought I would check here first. I moved to Santa Monica in the fall from South Bay area, and what looked like a good place and roommate has not turned out to be what I thought was a good one. My new roommate is pretty unstable and a little bit on the crazy side, thankfully he has a dog that makes it tolerable. He never leaves the apartment besides walking his dog. But we have nothing in common and like to find a new place in the area. Thankfully, I am not tied into a lease as I am paying month to month. Pretty simple guy here, I enjoy sports and fitness. Clean healthy living lifestyle for the most part. Responsible hard working, respectful and I don't work from home. I wouldn't bring much with me, just clothes pretty much. If anyone is looking for a roommate in the area and like what I said as far as roommates, be great to hear from you. Thanks
