Do locals come to tomasitas?

Currently here now. I’m not a local, and I think many others aren’t as well?
Edit: The place and food was good, and I was able to get my green chile stew fix. My 2 year old son loved the music, and the bill was the lowest restaurant bill I've seen in a while for a family of three!
