Possibly moving to Santa Clarita, how to mitigate fire risk?
Post Body
Title says it all. I've never had to deal with any sort of fire risk in my life and I don't know what the best way to handle it would be. How do I pick a place to live outside of the areas most fire-prone?
Also, a friend of mine said that Simi Valley is similar (cheaper) version of Santa Clarita, but with a smaller fire risk. How true is this?
FYI: Commute will be to Burbank most days.
