Selling a Comic Book Collection

Hello. My comic book collection, mostly from the 80's, has volunteered itself for the purge. Is anyone aware of any service in town that will do any of the following?
- Appraise value of collection and any individual issues of significant value.
- Handle the E-Bay'ing for a commission.
- Buy outright.
I realize that I might have to take it to LA for a specialized buyer. Thanks for any help.
