Whats the american policy on overseas donations?

I'm from new zealand and im interested in donating, and im sure there is a huge fanbase in australia and new zealand for bernie sanders who are sick of our policticians and know we are hugely influenced by usa.
Also we know that change needs to happen in usa first for any change to the global system
Edit: also it could be bad publicity if bernie started getting massive donations from europe/oceania etc i know americans hate the idea of outside influence
