I had put in an order July 1 for some Bernie gear. Nothing huge, a couple of shirts, some signs. I fully expected it to take a while. So, I went on vacation. Got back almost a month later, no boxes. Hmmm... Strange, must be really backed up. No biggie. Wait longer. August 31, I email Customer Service to find that my order had shipped and basically got marooned in Texas, probably held up by Trump supporters or arrested by the Texas Rangers. Either way, it was no where to be found. So, they put in another order. Cool, very responsive, quick turn around time.
16 days later, nothing. Ok, now I'm getting suspicious. Email Customer Service again for a tracking number, get a response within an hour or so and find the label had just been printed. Holy shit, Batman! Really?!? And I'm not talking about just the fact that 2 months and 16 days later the label is getting printed and I have a tracking number, but that while support is awesome on quick response to emails, order filling... leaves a lot to be desired.
It's a political campaign, not a store, so I'm not going to saber rattle for free shiz (not that I do that with companies, but, you get the idea) and delays were expected, but I hope /u/friendsofbernie sees this and maybe the awesome communication can rub off on order processing.
